Savills Represents Lasko Products in Pennsylvania Industrial Property Deal

Savills has represented Lasko Products, Inc. in the sale of its 132,736-square-foot industrial facility located at 525 Mill Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

Associate Director Michael Styer and Associate Director Jonathan Kays represented Lasko in the transaction. The facility was sold to Kleen-Rite Corp for $8.95 million, equating to $67.50 per square foot. “From day one, our objective was to create competition in the marketplace,” said Styer. “By strategically positioning the asset and leveraging our owner-user relationships, we generated strong demand that supported a timely transaction and a successful outcome.”

Savills recent Pennsylvania I-81/78 Corridor Q2 2026 Industrial Market Report found the regional industrial market experienced a notable increase in demand during the second quarter. While activity remains below the record levels seen in 2021 and 2022, big-box demand and speculative development have returned, with net absorption totaling 3.2 million square feet.
