Global tenant representation firm Savills has hired Michael Fisher and Robert Teachey in the firm’s Tampa office. The duo will join as senior managing director and corporate managing director, respectively.

Fisher and Teachey have more than 25 years of combined experience in the commercial real estate industry. Reporting to Tampa Market Leader Mike Griffin, the duo will be responsible for business development, transaction management, and representing tenants across various industries, ranging from financial services and law firms to healthcare and technology companies. Fisher and Teachey join Savills from CBRE. Together, they have completed 500 transactions, totaling over 10 million square feet and approximately $200 million in dollar volume.
