Savills Hires Henry Poer as Executive Managing Director in Atlanta

Global real estate services provider Savills has hired Henry Poer as an executive managing director in the firm’s Atlanta office. He will be responsible for executing customized real estate solutions for retail clients in the Southeast region and throughout the country.

Prior to joining Savills, Poer spent seven years with CBRE, where he was a first vice president. Before joining CBRE in 2013, Poer was managing director and chief operating officer for five years at the David H. Poer Company, where he successfully negotiated lease and sales transactions totaling over 3 million square feet and sales volumes of over $500 million.

“Henry brings wide-ranging professional experience that broadens the firm’s regional and global expertise and capabilities in the retail sector,” said Chris White, vice chairman and director at Savills. “His leadership in the Atlanta retail market will help Savills further develop our practice for years to come. We’re happy to have Henry join the Savills team.”
