Savills Hires Hanks, Beecher as Managing Directors in Charlotte
Savills has hired D. Maxwell Hanks as senior managing director and Tommy Beecher as managing director in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Hanks joins Savills from Spectrum Companies where he worked as a managing director of brokerage services. While at Spectrum, Hanks was responsible for the predevelopment and leasing of 300 South Tryon, a 650,000-square-foot Class A office tower in uptown Charlotte. Beecher brings more than 10 years of professional experience and comes to Savills from The Remi Group, an equipment maintenance management program provider, where he was vice president of operations.
“Tenant needs have changed radically during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Executive Vice President and Charlotte Market Leader Mark Ayers. “Office occupiers, now more than ever, are relying on trusted advisors to understand today’s challenges and navigate real estate strategies that protect employees and tenant business interests. Maxwell’s and Tommy’s deep experience and tenant-centered approach extends our local capabilities and offers immediate value to our clients.”
