Savills Hires Fechter as Managing Director in Miami

Savills has hired Marc Fechter as managing director in the firm’s Miami office. Fechter will be responsible for providing customized real estate solutions for clients in the South Florida market, with a specific emphasis in tenant advisory.

Fechter joins Savills from Broad Street Realty in Washington, D.C. where he was senior vice president in the tenant advisory practice for six years. During his time at Broad Street, Fechter completed several significant transactions in the D.C. area. Over his career, Fechter has completed over $100 million in transactions for a broad range of international and national clients.

“As we grow our local team, adding the right talent is critical,” said Tom Capocefalo, executive managing director at Savills. “Marc has an exceptional track record of tenant representation and is an ideal complement to our practice. His integrity and track record of success at several prominent real estate companies will add to Savills upward momentum in the Miami region.”
