Savills Fortifies Atlanta Roster with New Senior Managing Director

Allison Bittel has joined Savills as a senior managing director. Bittell, one of Atlanta’s leading brokerage professionals, has more than 7.5 million square feet of transactions completed throughout her two-plus decade career.

Bittel joins Savills from Colliers, where she served as a senior vice president and principal. Prior to that, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield for more than 18 years.

“Allison’s resume speaks for itself. As the Atlanta market continues to attract companies eager to plant their respective flags in one of the fastest growing metropolitan regions in the United States, she will play a vital role in guiding occupiers as they navigate the city’s real estate landscape,” said David Rubenstein, vice chairman and Atlanta market leader for Savills. “Her strategic and thoughtful approach to advising her clients and viewing them as long-term partners, aligns perfectly with how we work at Savills.”
