Savills Expands Manhattan Presence with New Lease at 560 Lexington

Global real estate advisory firm Savills has signed a lease with Rudin at 560 Lexington Avenue, a 22-story office tower in the Plaza District. In a five-year agreement, Savills will occupy 20,481 square feet across 560 Lexington’s entire third floor. Savills is expanding its New York City footprint with a new office located blocks from its U.S. headquarters at 399 Park Ave.

With this lease, Rudin has completed more than 110,000 square feet of deals at 560 Lexington in 2026. “We’re thrilled to welcome Savills, a global leader in real estate, to 560 Lexington,” said Kevin Daly, VP of office leasing at Rudin. “All the recent activity reaffirms Rudin’s ability to attract new tenants and cultivate long-term relationships – a testament to the building’s prime Plaza District location, dedicated ownership and exceptional level of amenities and service.”

Savills represented itself in the transaction. Rudin was represented in-house by Daly and Craig Panzirer, SVP, head of office leasing, along with a CBRE team of Brett Shannon, Peter Turchin, Eric Deutsch, Lauren Levy and Jacob Rosenthal.
