Savills has arranged a 27,761-square-foot sublease for EvolutionIQ at 250 Hudson Street in Hudson Square. Previously at 27 West 24th Street with 10,705 square feet, EvolutionIQ more than doubled its space in the new sublease. 

“We’ve advised EvolutionIQ since 2021, when the company leased a 3,000-square-foot suite shortly after its founding,” said Savills Vice Chairman Zev Holzman. “Fast forward a few short years, and we’re touring spaces that are significantly larger – and of higher quality – and ultimately negotiated for and secured a superior, move-in-ready full floor of this size, with quality light and views in an in-demand submarket – a phenomenal success story of rapid growth for the company.” 

EvolutionIQ was represented by a Savills team that included Zev Holzman, Christopher Foerch, and Will Joumas, part of Savills Integrated Consulting Strategies group. In addition, Holzman and Foerch also secured a subtenant for EvolutionIQ’s former office.
