Savills Brings Kevin Harris to D.C. Office

Kevin Harris has joined Savills as corporate managing director in the Washington, D.C. office. He will be responsible for providing customized real estate solutions for clients in the area, with a specific emphasis on tenant representation for technology companies.

“We are focused on key talent acquisitions like Kevin to further establish Savills as the region’s premier commercial real estate advisory services provider,” said Tom Fulcher, co-regional manager and recent Connect Media Top Brokers honoree. “His expertise in delivering value for his impressive roster of clients strengthens our portfolio and greatly benefits existing clients, in addition to creating new opportunities for the firm.”

Harris joins Savills from JLL’s Seattle office, where he was a vice president in the tenant representation practice for three years. During his time at JLL, Harris completed several significant transactions in the Seattle area on behalf of the region’s most innovative companies.
