Savills Arranges Compass Health Center’s First Location in Virginia
Compass Health Center, a provider of mental healthcare, has signed a lease to occupy 22,203 square feet of space at 3160 Fairview Park Drive in Falls Church, Virginia.
The Savills team of Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg, Corporate Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, Managing Director Nick DiChiara, and Executive Vice President Jon Glass represented Compass Health Center in the transaction.
“Expanding into Northern Virginia is an important milestone for Compass Health Center as we continue to increase access to high-quality mental health care,” said David Schreiber, MD, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Compass Health Center.
Compass Health Center is headquartered in Illinois, and the Falls Church location will be the company’s first physical site in Virginia. “The central location of 3160 Fairview Park Drive provides Compass Health Center with strategic access to the densely populated areas of Fairfax and Arlington counties, as well as the Washington, D.C. area,” added Feinberg.
