Savills has named Katrina Kostic Samen as vice chair and head of Savills Workplace Studio. With over 30 years of experience in commercial development, occupier strategy, and design, Kostic Samen will relocate from London to the North American headquarters. She will lead the firm’s workplace consulting capabilities and help grow its Savills Workplace Studio brand.
Kostic Samen founded KKS Strategy, which was acquired by Savills in 2019. She has worked on significant projects worldwide for clients like Clifford Chance, Aon, and British Land. She is known for her expertise in reimagining public and amenity spaces to transform second-generation properties.
