Savills Announces New Leadership Structure in DC

Savills announced the appointment of Amy Kaufman Brendler and Jon Glass as Executive Vice Presidents and Co-Leads of the Washington, D.C. Region.

The appointment of Brendler and Glass follows Tom Fulcher stepping back from his regional leadership role. Fulcher will remain actively involved in brokerage and continue to serve his clients and team well into the future. The new regional co-leads will also be supported by the firm’s Regional Leadership Council members, who will provide ongoing guidance and collaboration.

Brendler returns to Savills, where she began her commercial real estate career when the firm operated as Studley. She brings over 25 years of experience, most notably with Tishman Speyer, where she led leasing strategy across 4 million square feet and cultivated deep ties with brokers across the region. Most recently, she served as SVP at CWCapital. Glass joined Savills in 2007 as a financial analyst and quickly became one of the DC office’s top advisors.
