Savills Announces Adams Street HQ Relocation to 120 South Riverside Plaza

Savills announced that Adams Street Partners, a private markets investment management firm, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 46,000 square feet at 120 South Riverside Plaza, relocating its headquarters from One North Wacker.

The firm is expected to move into the new space next summer. The Savills team of Vice Chairman John Goodman, Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg, Corporate Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, and Managing Director Isabel Schwartz represented Adams Street in the transaction. The landlord, La Caisse, was represented by CBRE’s Kelsey Scheive in partnership with the Hines asset management team.

The new headquarters will occupy the entire 20th floor and a portion of the 21st floor. 10 & 120 S Riverside is an SOM-designed property, and the 1.4 million square-foot office complex is located in Chicago’s West Loop. “Adams Street Partners has been a valued client for nearly 25 years, so helping them identify a headquarters that supports their long-term business objectives made this especially meaningful,” said Goodman.
