Savills Adds Project Manager to Detroit Office

Savills appointed Cameron MacKellar as managing director, specializing in project management and based in the firm’s recently opened Detroit office. MacKellar (pictured) comes to Savills with more than 15 years of corporate real estate, architecture and construction experience.

“Since launching our Detroit office earlier this summer, we are strategically expanding our brokerage team to better serve our clients in the region,” said Savills executive managing director Greg Bockart. “With his background in tenant representation and highly technical skills in architecture and construction, we look forward to Cameron’s contributions to the firm.”

MacKellar’s real estate experience includes overseeing global Fortune 500 real estate portfolios, and architectural and construction project deliveries. Prior to joining Savills, he served as a senior tenant coordinator for Bedrock Detroit.

Before that, he was director of construction for Impact Fitness, senior construction manager for RPT Realty, and head of store design and construction for Shinola Detroit.
