Savills has appointed Michael Royce as a corporate managing director in its industrial services department. Based in Tysons, Virginia, Royce’s role will involve growing Savills’ industrial market share in the mid-Atlantic region, serving existing clients, and introducing new clients to the brokerage’s tools, technology, research, and consulting services.  

As an industry veteran with over three decades of experience, Royce has previously worked at KLNB, Avison Young, Cassidy Turley, Cushman & Wakefield, and Transwestern, with a track record of executing over $3.2 billion and 58.7 million square feet of transaction volume during his career.
