Savi Ranch Retail Zone Assets Trade for $55M
A quartet of parcels in Yorba Linda’s Savi Ranch retail zone have traded hands for a combined $54.5 million. The transactions were handled by Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, and involve Savi Ranch Center, a Buy Buy Baby site, a Best Buy store and a La-Z-Boy store.
Savi Ranch Center is a 160,773-square-foot property at 23021 – 23081 Savi Ranch Pkwy. that sold for $32.5 million to a local investor group. Tenants at the center include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bed Bath & Beyond and Michaels. The deal involved a cash-out refinance of an existing portfolio to acquire the asset, with the goal of increasing cash flow.
The Buy Buy Baby next door sold for $6.3 million, and a foreign investor acquired the Best Buy store for $10.2 million. The free-standing La-Z-Boy site was picked up by an investor for $5.4 million.
Matthews’ El Warner and Jordan Gomez represented the owners in all four transactions.
