Savanna Tops Out Office and Retail Development at 141 Willoughby

Savanna recently celebrated the topping out of 141 Willoughby St. in Downtown Brooklyn with the project team on the 400,000-square-foot trophy office and retail development designed by Fogarty Finger/SLCE Architects. 

The owner-developer and its construction affiliate, SavCon, in conjunction with Gilbane and structural engineer Thornton Tomasetti, broke ground on 141 Willoughby in 2020 . The team is on track to complete construction and deliver to tenants in the first quarter of 2023.
