Savanna Inks New Lease with Janet Mandell in Flatiron District 

Janet Mandell, a luxury fashion rental company, has signed a new lease at 24 West 25th Street in the Manhattan’s Flatiron district. The property is owned by Savanna, a vertically-integrated real estate investment manager based in New York City. The new lease will be Mandell’s third location in the US, with the others located in Chicago and Los Angeles.  

“New Yorkers have such a chic sense of style. I’m so excited to share our curated inventory with this vibrant city,” said Janet Mandell, founder of the showroom.   

A Colliers team led by Jake Horowitz represented the tenant in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Patrick O’Rourke, Steven Soutendijk and Sean Moran represented the landlord Savanna, 

“We have made substantial capital improvements to enhance the property and it’s gratifying to see the leasing interest in the building with renowned brands such as Janet Mandell,” said Linhadley Eljach, Vice President at Savanna.
