Savanna Breaks Ground on Plaza District Boutique Office at 106 W. 56th

Savanna, an investment manager and developer based in New York City, started construction on a 90,000-square-foot office tower at 106 W. 56th St. in the Plaza District of Midtown Manhattan.

“106 West 56th Street is uniquely designed for tenants under 5,000 square feet, offering them a full floor presence with direct identity,” explains Peter Turchin of CBRE, who Christie Harle will lead the leasing campaign for the 25-story tower.

Designed by Perkins Eastman and Gensler, the building will offer wrap-around eastern viewing windows starting on the 13th floor, along with a modern design, boutique floor plates and upscale amenities.
