Satya Lands Loan to Build Galveston Condos

Satya has secured a $100M construction loan to be financed with International Bank of Commerce (IBC Bank) on Tiara on the Beach, in Galveston. 

Tiara on The Beach will be a 10-story condominium with 63 luxury Gulf-front residences located on Galveston’s West End at 10525 San Luis Pass Road. PLACE Designers is the architect of record for the development project, and Ludlow & Associates will serve as the general contractor. The project is expected to break ground this summer.

Each residence features floorplans ranging from 1,661 to 4,300 square feet. Amenities include a negative-edge pool, outdoor grilling, a fitness center, pickleball, and private walkways to 300 linear feet of beachfront. There is also a game room, a media room, a wine-tasting room and climate-controlled storage units for every resident. 

Prices begin at $1.2 Million. Satya says it provides advice, analysis and market insight to people or companies that are interested in the acquisition of commercial real estate properties.
