Sares-Regis Signs Leases Totaling 972K SF

Irvine, CA-based Sares-Regis Group (SRG) signed long-term leases totaling 972,000 square feet with four tenants at Meredith International Centre in Ontario, CA. Five of seven industrial buildings at the 243-acre site are now 100% occupied. SRG currently has 3 million square feet under development at the location.

SRG Commercial Development’s Larry Lukanish said the deals “represent an expansion for each of our tenants from their previous buildings.”

The transactions include:

  • Arvato, 552,000-square-foot lease (tenant reps: Colliers International’s Jack Rosenberg, Frederick Regnery, Thomas Taylor and Steve Bellitti)
  • Metro Air Service, 155,000-square-foot deal (tenant reps: CBRE’s Peter Rogers, Dave Consani and Joey Sugar)
  • The Wheel Group, 138,000-square-foot transaction (tenant reps: CBRE’s Wes Jones and Brent Dutson)
  • Metropolitan Logistics Services, 127,000-square-foot lease (tenant reps: Cushman & Wakefield’s Ryan Bos and Ty Newland)

Lee & Associates’ Joe McKay and Chris Morrell represented the landlord in the deals.

Previously, QVC leased 1,050,000 square feet at the project, located off Interstate 10 near Ontario International Airport in the Inland Empire’s west end submarket.
