Sares Regis Makes Two Key Promotions in San Mateo

Bay Area-based real estate developer and manager Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) has made a pair of executive promotions and management changes, with a special nod to women in leadership. Janice Yuen has been promoted to chief financial officer and Yayu Lin has been elevated to president of the Commercial Real Estate Services division.

“While much has changed since Sares Regis Group was founded in 1993, our commitment to elevating leaders who embody our core values, work ethic, discipline and integrity remains,” said Mark Kroll, co-founder of SRGNC. “As Asian-American women, Yuen and Lin have prioritized diversity when hiring at SRGNC and are excited to celebrate Women’s History Month in March.”

Yuen has been with Sares Regis since 2012 and has managed projects totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Lin has been with the firm since 2005 and oversees more than $6 billion of projects in the Bay Area.
