Sares Regis Launches Leasing at Downtown Sunnyvale Apartments

Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) has begun leasing at The Martin, anew apartment community in downtown Sunnyvale. It joins two previous apartment projects, The Flats and Flats West, at SRGNC’s Cityline development, which it’s developing in a joint venture with Hunter Partners

Rising 12 stories above Sunnyvale’s newest gathering spot, Redwood Square, the Martin encompasses 479 apartments with a variety of floorplans. Its first residents are expected to move in during July.

“The Martin creates a stunning landmark for Cityline and offers a one-of-a-kind living opportunity in the center of downtown Sunnyvale,” said Jeff Smith, director of development/SVP for SRGNC. “We’re excited to welcome to the market the latest piece of our Cityline development just as more shops and restaurants open in Silicon Valley’s new destination to live, work and play.” The Martin will add 11 new retail spaces to the neighborhood, which will front the new one-acre Redwood Square.
