Sares Regis, Hunter Properties JV Delivers Sunnyvale MF

STC Venture, LLC, a joint venture between Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and Hunter Properties, completed The Flats at CityLine in Sunnyvale, CA. The 198-unit apartment and mixed-use community is located downtown along Washington and McKinley avenues.

Located in three buildings, The Flats offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with indoor and outdoor amenities above roughly 75,000-square-feet of ground-level retail. Apartments feature stainless steel Energy Star Whirlpool appliances, full-size stacked washer and dryer, Quartz slab kitchen countertops with tile backsplash, Euro-style cabinetry, kitchen island, walk-in closet, hardwood-style plank flooring, high-efficiency central heat and AC, a private balcony or patio, and a Nest thermostat.

The Flats is part of Phase One of the multi-phase CityLine Sunnyvale project currently underway. A new, two-story building on the corner of Murphy and McKinley avenues is under construction that will house a Whole Foods Market and an AMC Theaters, scheduled to open in 2019.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
