Sares Regis Group Expands Commercial Division with 4 Senior Hires

Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) expanded its Commercial Division leadership with four new hires. Andy Richard (pictured), Roland Flores, Robin Leiman and Dan Hoffman have all joined SRGNC as vice presidents,and will drive the development of a number of high-profile projects throughout the Peninsula.

Richard will drive the development of Adobe’s new, 650,000-square-foot campus in San Jose. He comes to SRGNC having most recently worked at Pacific Eagle Holdings in San Francisco.

Flores will manage the development of new office projects in Mountain View, and joins from Lowe Enterprises in San Francisco.

Leiman, who brings more than 20 years of CRE experience, will manage the development of a new office project in Sunnyvale. She was most recently with Tarlton Properties.

Hoffman will manage the development of Fortinet’s new HQ in Sunnyvale, while supporting and expanding other projects. He was most recently at Nimble Storage, and previously held senior real estate leadership roles at Apple, Google, and NetApp.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
