Sares Regis Divests Escondido MF for $34M
Alta Vista Apartments, a 102-unit multifamily property in Escondido, CA, has traded hands. San Francisco-based Crown Capital acquired the garden-style property from Irvine, CA-based Sares Regis Multifamily Fund, L.P for $34.25 million.
The asset is located at 1245 Morning View Dr., along the burgeoning Route 78 Corridor. The one, two and three-bedroom floorplans include gourmet kitchens, walk-in closets, storage areas and vaulted ceilings. The community features a resort-style pool with cabanas, a fitness center, a barbeque and picnic area and valley views.
Berkadia’s Ed Rosen, John Chu, Kyle Pinkalla and Erin Dammen represented the seller.
“This deal is a reflection of the strength of San Diego’s North County rental market, and continued investor demand for product in the submarket,” said Pinkalla.
