Sarasota Warehouse Trades for $10M

Stan Johnson Co. has arranged the $9.5 million sale of a single-tenant, 60,000-square-foot warehouse in Sarasota.

Located at 6101 Sawyer Loop Rd., the property is fully occupied by Hajoca Corporation, a wholesale distribution company that offers plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies to commercial and residential customers. The property sits on nearly seven acres, and is located in a large industrial area in South Sarasota. The site includes a mixture of warehouse and office/showroom space.

Gill Warner of Stan Johnson Co. represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The seller was a Florida-based developer, and the property was purchased by a group of foreign investors based in Canada.
