Sarasota Office Building Sells for $6M

JLL has arranged the $6.3 million sale of Energy Court Center at Lakewood Ranch, a 26,552-square-foot office building in the Sarasota community of Lakewood Ranch.

Located at 5391 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., the three-story property was built in 2008 and is fully leased to a variety of tenants in the realty, investment management, architecture and construction sectors. The building is approximately two miles from Florida’s first Diverging Diamond Interchange on University Parkway.

Robbie McEwan and Ryan Stoffer of JLL represented the seller, AHL 511 LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was New York-based Naples Crown Realty.
