Sarah Patton Joins Bold New York

Sarah Patton is the new director of development for Bold New York, a boutique full-service real estate consulting and brokerage firm.

Prior to this position at Bold, Patton spent almost five years at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing in multiple leadership level positions, influencing developmental decision-making within both rental and sales verticals. Before Elliman, she was a project manager with Citi Habitats new development, where over seven years she helped grow their business across the board.
