Commercial real estate veteran Sarah LanCarte, SIOR, CCIM, launched LanCarte Commercial, providing commercial investments and brokerage services. The new firm, based at 209 N. Hampton St. in Fort Worth, offers tenant representation, leasing investments and sales/acquisition support.

Before opening her own business, LanCarte served as Managing Director with Fort Capital and Principal for Transwestern, during which she was the youngest person nationally to make partner. She also worked with NAI Huff. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women Fort Worth (CREW), having served as that organization’s president in 2018.

“After working for large companies in this industry, I often saw agents operating individually rather than as a team,” LanCarte said. “I wanted to change that standard and offer a combined mindshare approach. I’ve brought together a team of talented individuals who all have an entrepreneurial spirit and value cross-team collaboration.”
