Sara Terry Will Lead New Group at Colliers’ DFW Office

Colliers International hired Sara Terry to lead DFW’s newly formed office agency leasing group. Terry brings more than 20 years of experience to Colliers in commercial real estate ranging from property management to landlord and tenant representation and construction management.

“We are so thrilled to have Sara on board to lead this new division in our investor services group,” said Steve Everbach, president of Colliers International’s Central Region | U.S. brokerage. “Her addition rounds out our suite of services and will be highly complementary to our recent growth in Investment Sales. This suite of services is a major focus of growth for Colliers going forward and we expect to gain significant market share in the coming years.”

Terry previously served as SVP at Stream Realty in Dallas, where she focused on high profile, institutional quality assets.
