Sapir Corp. Names Elad USA’s Sharon Raz as CEO

Sapir Corp Ltd., a Tel Aviv-based firm with holdings in Miami and Manhattan, appointed Sharon Raz as its next CEO.  Raz currently serves as CFO at Elad U.S. Holding, Inc., and has 20 years of experience in the legal, real estate and financial industries in New York, Israel and Latin America. She will succeed Amir Richulsky.
 
“Sharon Raz is a seasoned leader with just the right experience to lead the Company, and we are thrilled that the board has approved her appointment,” said Sapir Corp. Chair Alex Sapir. “Sharon’s background in finance and real estate will be an invaluable asset as we work to execute our long-term strategic vision.”

As CFO, Raz supervised Elad’s accounting operation and secured financing for construction loans of up to $700,000,000, among other responsibilities. Prior to her time at Elad, Raz served as SVP at Israel Discount Bank of New York.
