Sanzari Teams with JLL on Glenpointe Management, Leasing
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is teaming up with JLL to provide property management and agency leasing for the 50-acre Glenpointe mixed-use complex in Teaneck, NJ. It’s the first time in Alfred Sanzari’s 73-year history that the company has partnered with a third-party management firm.
“Joining forces with JLL bolsters the all-encompassing ‘work-life’ environment at Glenpointe, which is sought after among today’s office users,” said COO Ryan Sanzari. “Our new collaboration will benefit tenants, their employees and clients, as well as the area’s residents and visitors.”
JLL’s Mary Oppel, regional operations manager, will lead property management efforts at Glenpointe. Managing director Thomas Reilly, EVP Susan Mason and AVP Colleen Maguire will oversee leasing.
Glenpointe includes 650,000 square feet of office, a 26,000-square-foot spa and fitness center and a 350-key Marriott. A dual-branded hotel is scheduled to open this summer.
