Sanzari Retains FirstService Residential to Manage Apt. Portfolio

Having recently brought in third-party management for the first time at its signature Glenpointe mixed-use complex in Teaneck, NJ, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is now doing the same for its apartment portfolio. The Hackensack, NJ-based owner/developer has retained FirstService Residential to manage its high-rise and garden-style communities throughout Bergen and Middlesex Counties in New Jersey.

“We are committed to optimizing the performance of our residential communities and creating the best possible living environment,” said COO Ryan Sanzari. “As our company continues to expand, utilizing resources of a third-party firm with expertise in all facets of day-to-day property operations will allow us to uphold and enhance the quality of our apartment portfolio. This will ensure a premium experience for current and future residents.”

The FirstService assignment covers 535 units. Sanzari Enterprises will continue maintaining oversight of its portfolio.
