Sanzari Renews with Five Law Firms in Hackensack

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises signed lease renewals with five law firms at Court Plaza located at 19-21-25 Main St. in Hackensack, NJ. The property is directly across from the Bergen County Administrative Complex and other governmental offices.

Renewals include The Knee Law Firm for 2,600 square feet, Potenza & Curtis Law for 1,350 square feet, Cowen & Jacobs for 1,250 square feet and Robert M. Biagiotti Law for 1,000 square feet. Additionally, Sutnick & Sutnick signed an expansion for 1,800 square feet.

“Working closely with the Bergen County legal community for over 30 years, our team is highly knowledgeable about their specific space and business needs,” said Stephen Jennings, Sanzari’s VP of leasing and marketing. “The continued strong renewal activity from law firms at Court Plaza reflects our deep understanding of these important tenants, and underscores the strong demand for space at Court Plaza from both existing and new tenants.”

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Tuesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click  here.
