Santa Ana Mixed-Use Development Nears Completion

Park & Paseo, Alliance Residential’s huge mixed-use project in Santa Ana, CA is just about ready to fully deliver. The development features three multifamily projects, two of which have already opened, along with 18,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of office space.

According to Urbanize LA, the AO designed project with frontage on Red Hill Avenue and Dyer Road, will feature over 1,200 residential units in buildings arranged around a private road and a central green space. The newest and final residential project at Park & Paseo, called Broadstone Atlas, is the largest featuring 483 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with monthly rents ranging between $2,400 and $5,500.

Park & Paseo is situated in a prime Santa Ana location in the heart of Orange County, just minutes from the 55 Freeway, Interstate 405 and John Wayne Airport, and offering easy access to major employment centers and the Pacific Ocean.
