Sansone Group Enters Data Center Sector with Maryland Acquisition

Sansone Group, in partnership with Priseda, acquired a 214,000-square-foot Tier 4 data center located in Silver Spring, MD for an undisclosed sum. The off-market acquisition represents a milestone in Sansone Group’s efforts to diversify its national investment portfolio and enter one of the most dynamic asset classes in commercial real estate. Sansone partnered with Priseda, a longstanding tenant of the property, to secure the opportunity.

“This acquisition marks a pivotal moment for Sansone Group,” said Nick Sansone, principal at Sansone Group. “As we continue to scale our platform, further expanding into the data center space allows us to align with major macroeconomic trends and meet the needs of today’s most innovative users.”

Located within the high-demand Washington, DC metro area, the property offers a compelling alternative to the Northern Virginia data center market, according to Sansone Group. The Northern Virginia market currently reports sub-1% vacancy and rising demand from AI and hyperscale users.

Maryland-based Poverni Sheikh Group provided debt financing, sourced by JLL Capital Markets.
