Sansone Delivers Nearly 300K-SF Midlothian Logistics Facility

Sansone delivered the new Palmer Logistics facility at Midlothian Business Park. Located on 26.5 acres, the 269,700-square-foot build-to-suit logistics facility is fully leased to Palmer Logistics, a fourth-generation, Houston-based third-party logistics provider.

The facility is a build-to-suit for Palmer International and will be used for the storage and distribution of hazardous materials. ARCO/Murray served as the general contractor for the project, with construction beginning in August 2025.

This milestone marks the first completed development between Sansone Group and Palmer Logistics, as well as the inaugural project through the company’s programmatic funding initiative for third-party logistics (3PL) operators within the International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) network.
