Sandz’s Webster Square Condos Near Sellout in Lincoln Park

Chicago-based Sandz Development Co., and its sales and marketing firm, @properties Developer Services, said Monday that Webster Square, a new 12-story, 95-unit luxury condominium building in Lincoln Park, is nearing closeout with only 11 residences remaining for sale.

Located at 540 W. Webster Ave., near the intersection of Webster Avenue, Lincoln Avenue and Geneva Terrace, Webster Square’s available condos offer one or two bedrooms, one-and-a-half to two-and-half baths, and 927 to 1,678 square feet of living space. “As the only new, full-amenity condo building in east Lincoln Park, Webster Square is extremely attractive to buyers looking for a high-rise lifestyle in an established neighborhood setting,” said @properties EVP Cyndy Salgado.

She added, “Webster Square also offers one of the best new-construction values in the entire city on a price-per-square-foot basis. We’re in the high $400s to $500s per square foot, whereas most comparable buildings are $700 to $1,000-plus per foot.”

Homes include stainless steel SubZero and Bosch kitchen appliances; Kohler bath fixtures; hardwood floors in kitchens and living areas; 9’4” ceiling heights; oversized Chicago-style windows; and stone or quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths.
