Sandoval James Relocates to Austin’s Anderson Tower

Sandoval James PLLC is making the move to Anderson Tower in north central Austin. The law firm shook hands on a 12,454-square-foot lease at 400 E. Anderson Lane with landlord Provident Realty Advisors. Kevin Kimbrough and Brent Powdrill with JLL represented the building’s owner in the transaction.

The tenant currently operates at 11130 Jollyville Rd., approximately six miles north of its future location, situated in one of Austin’s Opportunity Zones. “Anderson Tower’s central location makes this a great move for their practice, providing greater visibility and accessibility to their client base,” Kimbrough said.

Provident Realty acquired the 78,000-square-foot Anderson Tower in March 2019 from Citizens Insurance Co. The owner is making upgrades to the property, which will be completed by Q4 2019.
