Sancerre Hospitality Adding New Restaurant Concept to Fulton Market District

Fulton St. Companies and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation have signed Sancerre Hospitality to a 7,000-square-foot, ground floor lease at 1045 On Fulton, 1045 West Fulton St. in the Fulton Market District. The space will serve as the Chicago-based restaurant group’s newest establishment in the neighborhood.

“We are thrilled to welcome Sancerre to our property,” said Fulton St. Companies CEO Alex Najem. “Not only is their latest restaurant a terrific addition – and signature amenity – to the building, but another wonderful addition to the neighborhood.”

Led by partners Frank Callero, Kara Callero and Steve Zaleski, Sancerre recently named chef partner Joe Flamm as culinary director. He will oversee culinary affairs for this newest restaurant, which is expected to open in early 2024 and the concept of which is yet to be determined, along with the hospitality group’s portfolio of eateries.

Cal Wessman negotiated the retail lease on behalf of ownership.
