San Ramon Marriott Completes $17M Refurbishment

Ownership of the 368-key San Ramon Marriott completed a $17-million renovation. The hotel, owned by Hudson Advisors L.P., and operated by HEI Hotel & Resorts, received a top-to-bottom refurbishment to guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house services.

“To complement the natural beauty of our San Ramon setting, we focused on the renowned California Missions as our design inspiration,” said Robert Hendricks, director of sales and marketing, San Ramon Marriott. “From the historic Spanish missions to the majestic El Camino Real, California is known for its beautiful architecture. We want our guests to have a more experiential taste of this when they stay with us.”

Located at 2600 Bishop Dr., the San Ramon Marriott is near multiple business headquarters and within walking distance of Bishop Ranch City Center and Roundhouse Conference Center. Hotel amenities include a large outdoor pool and patio surrounded by trees, fitness center and communal fire pits. The hotel also provides more than 16,600 square feet of adaptable meeting space.
