San Jose’s Eastridge Center Completes Renovation, Celebrates Grand Re-Opening
Connect Bay Area is coming up May 17th. Here is where to get more information and register.
Eastridge Center celebrated its grand re-opening, following the completion of an intensive multimillion-dollar transformation of the 1.4-million-square-foot retail center in San Jose, CA. Pacific Retail Capital Partners, the Southern California-based owner of the center at 2200 Eastridge Loop, recently gathered to commemorate the milestone along with state governmental leaders.
Silicon Valley’s second largest retail destination, Eastridge Center, has been completely transformed with a new, modern look and feel. The renovation included immense murals by local artists, updated courtyards with turf and greenery, a refurbished food court renamed The Eatery, a new kids’ play area, new family lounges, center-wide free WiFi and vehicle charging stations.
New programming has also been rolled out at Eastridge, including Eastridge Art Wednesdays, which hosts free performances every Wednesday night; Open Space, a twice-monthly open-mic night; and free, community-wellness programs weekly, such as donation-based yoga and family-friendly activities.
