San Francisco’s Transamerica Pyramid Sells for $725M

Marking its first deal in the U.S., YODA PLC has completed its acquisition of the Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco, including the skyline-defining Transamerica Pyramid. The seller was an investment group led by New York City-based SHVO.

YODA said the acquisition price was $725 million, and included the final discounted price of $691.6 million for the properties and a $34-million settlement with asset manager Michael Shvo and the entities Shvo Group LLC, Shvo Property Management LLC and Shvo Brokerage LLC. A source familiar with the deal told Connect CRE that Eastdil Secured advised the selling consortium.

“The acquisition of the Transamerica Pyramid Center represents a very strategic milestone for YODA PLC in 2026,” said Alon Bar, CEO of Cyprus-based YODA. “We are investing in the United States, the largest and most sophisticated real estate market in the world, on this most sought-after landmark in San Francisco.”
