San Diego’s Willow Creek Corporate Center Changes Hands
JLL Capital Markets has announced the $25 million sale of the Willow Creek Corporate Center, a three-story office building totaling 121,000 square feet in the Scripps Ranch submarket of San Diego. New York-based Sason purchased the asset, its second acquisition in San Diego in the past three months.
The facility will be rebranded as Canvas on Willow, and Sason will immediately begin a $2 million repositioning that will include building a new lounge and fitness center and modernizing the central courtyard to create an indoor/outdoor environment for tenants to work, relax and enjoy.
“San Diego’s I-15 Corridor continues to be a growing business hub with a diverse tenant mix and strong labor pool,” said Sason’s David Rottenberg in a news release. “At Canvas on Willow, we’re creating a more dynamic indoor/outdoor work environment which appeals to the new generation of employees, fostering creativity, energy and collaboration.”
The JLL team of Richard Honor and Tony Russell will lead the leasing efforts for the property.
