
San Diego’s Badiee Sells NorCal Industrial Portfolio for $55M
Badiee Development, a San Diego-based industrial development company, has sold a pair of Class-A buildings totaling 309,000-square-feet in Sacramento, CA. BentallGreenOak (BGO) acquired the portfolio, called Metro Air Park Logistics Center – Phase I, for a reported $55 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Mike Adey, Brad Brandenburg and Matthew Leupold of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group represented the seller. Phase II, currently under construction, is also expected to be sold to BGO this coming spring.
“Metro Air Park Logistics Center is a core state-of-the-art property positioned in a highly sought-after industrial and growing housing submarket in the Sacramento region,” said Chiate.
Building I is 183,000 square feet with 36’ clear height, 31 dock-high doors and 14,000 square feet of office space. Building II is 126,000 square feet with 32’ clear height, 21 dock-high doors and 10,000 square feet of office space. Both buildings feature ESFR sprinklers and heavy power.
