Badiee Development, a San Diego-based industrial development company, has sold a pair of Class-A buildings totaling 309,000-square-feet in Sacramento, CA. BentallGreenOak (BGO) acquired the portfolio, called Metro Air Park Logistics Center – Phase I, for a reported $55 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Mike Adey, Brad Brandenburg and Matthew Leupold of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group represented the seller. Phase II, currently under construction, is also expected to be sold to BGO this coming spring.
