San Diego Tech Office Market Grows

San Diego’s tech office market is taking off right now, and it is in such a growth spurt that it’s actually challenging Silicon Valley’s workforce.

A recent JLL survey says San Diego is one of the locales in which up-and-coming technology employees want to work. The report was based on desirability of location, salary levels and overall living conditions.

San Diego reportedly comes in at 18th in the country, just below Portland, Ore., and Boston, but it beats out the Silicon Valley area and Los Angeles. The survey goes on to indicate more tech-office development is destined for San Diego over the next few years.
