San Diego Apartments Trade with Creative Seller Financing

Marcus & Millichap recently finalized the sale of 1534 Diamond St., an eight-unit apartment property located in the Pacific Beach neighborhood of San Diego. The asset sold for $4,600,000.

Cole Silverman and Carson Trujillo, multifamily investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Downtown San Diego office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private individual trust. The buyers, private local investors, were also procured by Silverman and Trujillo. According to Silverman, this escrow closed in 21 days and offered creative seller financing.

Constructed in approximately 1960, 1534 Diamond St. rests on a 6,255 square-foot lot and offers approximately 5,900 rentable square feet.
