San Diego Apartments Trade in 1031 Exchange
Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of 3925 Georgia St., a five-unit apartment property located in the Hillcrest neighborhood of San Diego. The asset sold for $2,100,000.
Connor Stolle, Carson Trujillo, Austin Huffman and Chris Zorbas, multifamily investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego office, marketed the property on behalf of the 1031 exchange seller, an individual/personal trust. The 1031 exchange buyer, Hillcrest Equity Partners LLC, was also procured by Stolle, Trujillo, Huffman and Zorbas. According to Trujillo, the property received multiple competing offers and sold over list price.
3925 Georgia St. is comprised of five large two-bedroom/two-bath units. The units have been well maintained in their original condition, offering significant rental upside, according to Marcus & Millichap.
