San Diego Apartment Complex Trades for $3.5M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $3.5 million sale of 614-632 S. Bancroft St., a 12-unit multifamily property located just off Interstate 15 and Interstate 5 in San Diego. Graeme Henderson and Wyatt Darien in the firm’s San Diego Del Mar office represented the seller in the transaction. 

The asset is in the Logan Heights neighborhood of San Diego, and is comprised of 11 two-bedroom floorplans and a single one-bedroom unit. The property has undergone a partial renovation and the new owner plans on continuing interior and exterior upgrades.

The Logan Heights area is situated about 1 mile from the Coronado Bridge and just 2 miles from Downtown San Diego.
